Online access to medical records

Patient records at Street Lane Practice are managed using a software package called systmonline.

It is now possible to register for access to your own medical records online. The same system allows online appointment booking and request of repeat prescription. This can be done using a computer or if you have an iPhone there is an app (systmonline) which can be downloaded from the App Store.

Our reception staff can advise on how to register for this access.

Patient Online is an NHS England programme designed to support GP Practices to offer and promote online services to patients.

The Patient Online team would like to know if you are using Patient Online services. These include booking of appointments, ordering of repeat prescriptions and viewing your GP record. They have created 2 short surveys and would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the relevant one.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous and will remain confidential. The survey closes on Thursday 18th February.
