Caroline Shay who is a independent prescriber the nurses & Healthcare assistants are all experienced practitioners with a range of qualifications.
Helen Dickinson is the Practice’s Practice Manager. The Practice Manager is involved in managing business aspects of the practice such as making sure the right systems are in place to provide high quality patient care, Human Resources, finance,patient safety, premises, equipment and information technology and any complaints/compliments and suggestions. The PM supports the clinicians and other professionals to deliver a high standard, effective patient experience.
Led by supervisor Paige our Patient Services team are happy to help you.
They book the appointments, can give you information about test results, arrange repeat prescriptions and signpost you to other members of the team.
They can assist with medical records queries, non NHS medical & insurance reports. The medical secretaries can assist with information about referrals to hospitals and other providers.
