We hold additional evening surgeries Wednesday and Thursday until 8:30pm (Pre-booked appointments only.)
Please note we do not take prescription requests over the phone.
Alternatively, you can submit your prescription request form by handing it into the practice reception, by post by attaching a S.A.E,
or by faxing the practice on 0113 295 3842.
Please also note that if a request is for an item not on your list, the doctor needs to review it; inevitably there can be a delay. For more information on repeat prescriptions please click here.

Saturday and Sunday morning face to face appointments
There are now routine appointments available on Saturday and Sunday morning from 9am-12pm available through our extended access service at:
Rutland Lodge Medical Practice, Scott Hall Road, Leeds, LS7 3DR
This increased availability is an extension of the services offered by your practice and is provided by a range of local clinicians including GPs, nurses and health care assistants.
Please note, this is not a walk-in service – you still need to make an appointment. Appointments can be made either via your own GP practice or by calling the extended access team on 0113 221 3540 between 9am and 12pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Extended Access appointments are for routine general practice issues and not for urgent care. If your practice is closed and you are unwell please call NHS 111.
In due course it will also be possible to book on the day appointments to be seen at the Rutland Lodge weekend hub. When this service commences our telephone service will advise how to access it.

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.
However, it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.
The average pay for GPs working in The Street Lane Practice in the last financial year was £77,595 before tax and National Insurance. This is for 3 full time GPs and 7 part time GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.”
The Care Quality Commission, is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.
The full report of the CQC visit from 8/3/19 will be published imminently on the CQC website. It rates Street Lane Practice overall as 'Good'. Click here to view the full report.
