Digital Applications

We strongly believe that digital solutions help us to provide better quality patient care. Using our digital applications is the quickest way to get in contact with the practice, as we are restricted due to Coronavirus. Therefore, we encourage patients to use these first as an alternative to telephoning the practice

With great sadness we must report that Petra Morgan our Chief Executive Officer at Street Lane Practice died suddenly yesterday. She is quite simply irreplaceable.

Petra, a proud Welsh woman, worked at our surgery for 22 years and for many was the face of SLP. She was an ebullient, energetic and exuberant woman. When in residence her laughter filled the building. She was always the last to leave a party and was the beating heart of any social occasion she attended. Her work ethic and efficiency were formidable. She held herself to very high standards which greatly influenced those who worked in her command.

The vision that she had and the work she did was of enormous benefit to the patients at SLP and to patients across Leeds in terms of developing and maintaining high quality accessible patient care. This work forms an impressive legacy which will endure long after her untimely death.

The Clinical and Administrative Staff at SLP will endeavour to continue with business as usual.

We ask for the understanding of our patients whilst we all come to terms with her death.

Thank you,

Dr Sunderland, Dr Baker, Dr Hobman and Dr Purewal

Contact the practice through our e-Reception system

The practice is improving the way you can access the practice digitally. Click here for more information.

We currently provide the online app e-Reception via a link on our website. This will continue; however, we are improving its functionality by means of our new 'Airmid' system. We would like you to download the Airmid app via your device’s app store. It allows you to contact the practice, request medications, view your results and records etc.

Note, if you have a long-term condition e.g., Asthma we intend sending an e-conditions link through Airmid, when your annual review is due. Please download Airmid in advance.
