We strongly believe that digital solutions help us to provide better quality patient care. Using our digital applications is the quickest way to get in contact with the practice, as we are restricted due to Coronavirus. Therefore, we encourage patients to use these first as an alternative to telephoning the practice

We currently provide the online app e-Reception via a link on our website. This will continue; however, we are improving its functionality by means of our new 'Airmid' system. We would like you to download the Airmid app via your device’s app store. It allows you to contact the practice, request medications, view your results and records etc.
Note, if you have a long-term condition e.g., Asthma we intend sending an e-conditions link through Airmid, when your annual review is due. Please download Airmid in advance.
To find out more information on how to download and access Airmid, please watch the following videos:

Some of our Digital Applications
e-Reception enables you to get answers for routine and non-urgent queries. Instead of calling the practice, you can submit your query via e-Reception where our team will aim to get back to you between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, we will respond the next working day
We are happy to register new patients. e-Registration allows you to easily register with the practice online.
Allows you to contact the practice for all your dermatology skin problems e.g. lumps/bumps, moles, and skin lesions etc. eR-Skin allows you to upload photos, which helps facilitate your care.
